Thistle Psychiatry Ltd (trading as The Thistle Clinic), company number 17237978, registered at 47 New Lakeside, Peterborough, PE7 8HU ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions apply to all assessments and services booked through this website or otherwise with The Thistle Clinic.
Appointments are booked by enquiry through this website, by phone, or by email, and are confirmed once we have agreed a date, time, and service with you in writing (by email). No GP referral is required to book. By booking an appointment, you confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We take reasonable care in providing our services, and our clinical work is carried out to professional standards by qualified clinicians. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law — including in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
